GlowFill is not responsible for customs clearance outcomes in the destination country.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs clearance
  • Duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country

GlowFill is not responsible for delays, seizures, or rejections caused by customs authorities.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that GlowFill does not act as the importer of record for any international shipment.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for customs clearance procedures, regulatory compliance, and any import licenses required in the destination country.

GlowFill shall not be liable for any shipment that is delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import regulations or licensing requirements.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic medical products:

  • All sales are final
  • Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, subject to review.

GlowFill shall not be liable for any refund, replacement, or reshipment in cases where shipments are held, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities.
