Order Review & Processing

All orders submitted through our website are subject to review prior to payment. Order review includes verification of order details, destination, and product availability.

Order Review, Payment & Fulfillment

  • For international bank transfers (including T/T, Wise, or similar methods), payment verification may take 1–2 business days after funds are sent.
  • After payment confirmation, certain products are supplied on an order-by-order basis and may require additional procurement time. Domestic fulfillment prior to international shipment typically takes approximately 7–10 business days.
  • Total order processing and fulfillment time may vary depending on product availability and payment method, and excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

International shipping fees are not calculated at checkout. Final shipping costs are determined based on destination, order volume, and carrier availability, and will be confirmed via invoice after order review.

Shipping rates are based on an EMS base rate up to 1kg. Orders exceeding this weight may incur additional charges.

Shipping Methods

GlowFill products are shipped using the following carriers:

  1. Korea Post EMS
    Standard international shipping service  
    Estimated delivery: approximately 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
  2. DHL Express
    Fast express shipping service  
    Estimated delivery: approximately 3–7 business days (depending on destination)  
    Additional shipping fees may apply

Service Availability & Constraints

  • Global Coverage: While we aim to offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries, please note that shipping services (EMS, DHL) may be temporarily suspended or unavailable for certain destinations due to local conditions, regional conflicts, or carrier restrictions.
  • Order Adjustment: In such cases, we will notify you after order review and may suggest an alternative carrier (e.g., EMS Premium, FedEx) or reserve the right to cancel the order prior to invoicing.
  • Regional Restrictions: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the products comply with local import laws. We may exclude specific items from your invoice if they are restricted in your region (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Myanmar, etc.).

Important Notes:

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is processed.
  • Some countries may experience customs delays.
  • Ownership and responsibility of the goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the international carrier.

Estimated delivery times apply after dispatch and may vary depending on shipping method, destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • [Special Notice for US Customers] Due to recent changes in US trade regulations, all international parcels arriving from South Korea are subject to a mandatory customs duty of approximately 15% (or more), regardless of the order value. Please be aware that this is a federal requirement and is the sole responsibility of the recipient. 
  • All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. GlowFill Medical & Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or issues caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
  • GlowFill does not act as the importer of record for any international shipment. 
  • The buyer is solely responsible for customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and any import licenses required in the destination country.
  • In the event that a shipment is held, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import regulations or licensing requirements, GlowFill Medical & Cosmetics shall not be held liable for any loss, refund, replacement, or reshipment.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for orders affected by customs seizure, destruction, or regulatory rejection in the destination country.
  • Refusal of Delivery due to Customs Fees: If a shipment is refused or returned because the buyer fails to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any restocking charges. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Note: Any shipping and return costs incurred due to the rejection of customs clearance will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping terms: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not prepaid and must be paid by the buyer upon arrival.

Import License Responsibility

Buyer acknowledges that certain products may require import licenses or regulatory approval in the destination country. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to obtain any necessary documentation or permits prior to placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific countries due to local regulations. Orders that cannot be shipped due to regulatory restrictions may be cancelled prior to invoicing.

Regulatory Compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with their country’s import laws. GlowFill reserves the right to cancel orders or exclude specific items from the invoice if the products are found to be restricted or prohibited in the destination country
