Refund policy
1. Professional Use Disclaimer
All products supplied by GlowFill Medical & Cosmetics are intended for professional use only. Due to the medical and sterile nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our inventory.
2. Return Eligibility
- Defective or Damaged Items: Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or was damaged during transit. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photo/video evidence.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from your order, it must remain unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled prior to invoicing or shipment. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that bank transfer fees or credit card processing fees incurred during the initial transaction are non-refundable.
- Once an order has been dispatched, GlowFill is not responsible for any customs clearance outcomes in the destination country.
- Orders affected by customs rejection, regulatory seizure, or import compliance issues are not eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment.
4. Customs Rejection, Seizure & Forced Returns
- If a shipment is returned to GlowFill due to the customer's refusal to pay import duties/taxes or failure to provide necessary documentation for customs clearance, a partial refund may be issued only after the package is safely returned to our facility.
- However, if the shipment is held, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of by customs authorities, GlowFill Medical & Cosmetics shall not be liable for any refund, replacement, or reshipment.
5. Shipping Costs
- Unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund amount where applicable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
